Seagull
When I was sending on e-mails for sponsorship everyone I e-mailed was interested. Some companies fell through, others will be used later. One of the companies that said yes right away was Seagull bags out of Columbus.
In between several people I know getting custom Seagull bags and buying one of the XL backpacks myself I have come to expect nothing but quality from Seagull. They have gone above and beyond with their sponsorship for me. When I went to pick up the box that had arrived from them I was expecting a couple hip pouches but they went all out and sent a custom bag.
Thank you Seagull.

Tokyo BMA
Recently the Cycle Messenger World Championships (CMWC) happened in Tokyo, Japan and a good handful of kids from Chicago went over and raced, with Christina Peck coming in 3rd for the ladies. While being called "the best worlds ever" it also was quite the financial drain on the Tokyo Bicycle Messenger Association (BMA), putting them around $34,000 in debt.
The help raise money a competition of the most generous city has been issued. Check out the fundraiser website for a more in depth description and current city standings.
With all that being said part of the money from the Halloween race will be sent to Tokyo. If you wish to pre-register for the race and want to donate money that is awesome. I will also have some sort of collection vessel at the start of the races.
